The theater is located on Route 17 just 200 yards north of Business Route 29 in Warrenton.

From the northwest take I-66 to Rt 17 South and head toward the town of Warrenton; as you enter the town limits look for the theater and Highland School on your left.

From the northeast take I-66 to Rt 29 South and travel 15 minutes to Warrenton; take Business Rt 29 into town; look for and make a right turn on Rt 17 North; the theater and Highland School will be 200 yard ahead on your right.

From the south take Rt 29 North to Warrenton; look for and take the first exit into Warrenton (Business Rt 29 into town); go pass the Walmart and Fauquier hospital and look for and make a left turn on Rt 17 North; the theater and Highland School will be 200 yard ahead on your right.

From the west, take Rt 211 to Warrenton; turn left onto Business Rt 29 traveling north; look for and make a left turn on Rt 17 North; the theater and Highland School will be 200 yard ahead on your right.
