THE VERTICAL

What is the Vertical?

Tuesdays, 7-8:45 PM

Designed for junior and high school students between grades 6-12 (minimum age of 12), the Vertical student movement is all about connection.  We exist to help students build healthy relationships with one another, with our volunteer staff, and most importantly, with God.

Every Tuesday you can expect a night that includes fun, interactive game(s), live music, and a message that you will relate to and understand.  Also, there's time for students to share their ideas/thoughts about the night's theme with one another.  We're not interested in just giving you information - we want to hear your thoughts as well!

In addition to our weekly Tuesday night gathering, we participate in various events throughout the year:  District and National Fine Arts Festival, Winter Retreat, Potomac Youth Convention and Youth Camp, fund raisers for missions, as well as opportunities for ministry both locally and abroad.

Our goal is to spiritually prepare students to live out their faith beyond, way beyond, their high school graduation.  Our success is not determined by the number of students who attend on any given Tuesday, but how effectively our students know and serve Christ 10 years from now.  So come and check us out!
